Depression Chest Pain is probably the most difficult symptom to have with depression. Most people that have a chronic illness know what I’m talking about. You wake up in the morning with pain or discomfort in your chest. It doesn’t go away. It makes you feel as though you are fighting an uphill battle every day just to get through the day.

I have to admit when I first noticed this symptom with my mother I thought she was having heart trouble. She would start to get a deep breath and then hold it for a few seconds before gasping and holding it for another few seconds. It was totally weird but she did this pretty consistently throughout the day. It then got weirder. She also would tend to cry a lot especially at mealtimes and even during bedtime.

I grew up with my mom coping with this very same symptom of depression. Even my aunts, uncles, and grandparents all had to deal with this very same thing. I’m not surprised because depression is a common illness in our culture today. When you are down in the dumps you tend to withdraw from life and try to get yourself “hanging on.” The ironic thing is, it never really gets better unless you find a way to make it better.

What I discovered that helped me the most was understanding the fact that depression chest pain is a sign of depression. She had two major signs of depression. She had her depression chest pain when she was sad, and when she was angry. Both of these are signs of clinical depression.

If you are feeling depressed you need to get help. The worst thing you could do is ignore the depression. I am not saying to lock yourself in a dark room and die of a heart attack. I am saying to seek out help and understand that it is going to take some work on your part to get your life back to where you want it.

I know how this feels like. I felt that way myself for years. At one point I was almost suicidal. I wanted to end my life. I am still suffering from depression, and believe me, it’s not going to go away until you get help.

Now, I don’t want anyone to ever feel that way. That’s why I created my website that is dedicated to depression, pain, and suffering. It’s a place where you can get the help you need. I want you to know that you are not alone and others are going through the same thing as you.

If you have depression chest pain and cannot get any relief no matter what you do, please go to the website listed below. It’s a place where people share their stories about dealing with depression. It’s a place where you can read about their triumphs and their defeats. It’s a place where hope is found and people are helped.

I’m going to give you some advice here because I want you to know that nobody has to live with depression. If you feel like you are drowning in pain, that you just can’t get over it, then you need to take action today. You don’t have to let yourself get depressed. You can get help. One of the things that are suggested by the website that you can try out is called Acupuncture. Acupuncture has been used for thousands of years to treat all kinds of ailments and problems. In the last ten or twenty years, it has been widely accepted to help treat depression chest pain. Acupuncture is done with very fine needles that are placed exactly where the problem is. Many people find this to be very effective.

I have another suggestion. That is, if you are tired of dealing with pain medications, why not consider hypnosis? Hypnosis has helped thousands of people deal with pain, whether it be from illness, divorce, work issues, or just mild pain. It works great. Don’t you think it should be able to help you as well?

The website doesn’t stop there. There are many more ways that you can get relief from your depression chest pain. They even suggest that you should look into meditation. People have successfully dealt with depression chest pain using this method. If you have tried everything else and nothing has worked, don’t give up hope.
